Return & Refund Policy

All sales made through Lovura are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect size selection, print/color variation, delayed shipping, or dissatisfaction with the product. All items are made-to-order, and production begins immediately upon purchase.

Chargebacks
By placing an order, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. If you have a concern about your order, you agree to contact us directly at lovurasupport@gmail.com before contacting your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may be contested using order, production, and shipping records, and may result in cancellation of future orders.

Order Cancellations

Because items are made to order, cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed.
