Production Time
All items are made-to-order. Most orders are completed in 2–7 business days. During peak periods, production may occasionally take up to 10–14 business days, though this is uncommon.

Shipping Time
Once produced, orders ship via standard shipping and typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on the destination.

Total estimated delivery time = production time (2–7 days, up to 10–14 during peak periods) + shipping time (3–5 days).

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Delays
Lovura is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, weather, peak-season production times, or other events outside our control. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Incorrect Address
Lovura is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.

Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us at lovurasupport@gmail.com within 7 days so we can assist — though resolution is not guaranteed once carrier confirms delivery.
